Ok, week 5 is done and I think this was one of my best weeks up to now! 😀
Maybe my new –fitted– shoes have something to do with that 😉
So here it is:
Tuesday: 2.13 speedy miles plus a “WeTrain” total body workout in the park with these wonderful ladies 🙂
Wednesday: 6×100 w/u and 10×200 RI 1:30 repeats in the park 🙂 with my new shoes of course!!
Thursday: A 40 mins HIIT session on my spin bike! Don’t they say sweat is fat crying??? Cause I had tons of sweating 😉
Saturday: A speedy 3.2 miles and some pretty creative photos along the way 🙂
Sunday: A 9.3 miles (15km) long run along with my running buddy Sabine 🙂 Followed by some BBQ-ed veggies and chicken/meat at her place! Yum!!
So finally my cross-training sessions are not 0 any more!!! 😀 😀

Total mileage: 80.33
