Pumpkins here, pumpkins there, PUMPKINS everywhere…. & some random facts :)

Ok, let’s get something out of the way first…

I LOVE PUMPKINS! – my friend Corey will probably cringe when she ‘ll read this post Since she is not a huge fan LOL!

I don’t really care about Halloween, and this is why tomorrow’s post will probably surprise many of you…so stay tuned! 😉 But I am a sucker for anything about fall, thanksgivings (and Christmas but that’s “another-post-on-its-own” kinda topic…)

So, of course you can imagine my excitement when going to the grocery store a few days ago..they had PUMPKINS!! And a lots of them, in all shapes and sizes! So here are a few photos of our pumpkin-infested small apartment 😉

So, what else has been going on lately? Well I got a few random facts to share with you 🙂

A few days ago I decided to kinda “dress up” to work – that is a very VERY rare occurrence…Since I got so many amazing clothes and dresses at a clothes swap I went to about a month ago…

Yes, i know… I was as tired as I looked and maybe a little more. But hey, I am wearing a dress! :O

My brother sent me this photo the other day! This is my grandma, my mum’s mum. Believe it or not this woman is 78 years old (whoops… don’t tell her i said that) and she has never – EVER- dyed her hair… We call her “the General” since there is no way to not do as she tells you to… She is healthy and smart and an amazing lady that i ve always looked up to! screen-shot-2016-10-29-at-14-12-08

Seeing my family is one of the things I am totally looking forward to for when I get back in a few days to run my marathon!

In my run two days ago I saw a fox 🙂 It’s a pretty common thing here, they are like stray dogs/cats. Yes, in the city !! She was very pretty and quite tame. That’s one failed attempt of me to take a photo of her – I know…can’t see anything either!

Many many thanks to my dear friend Kat for my early Christmas present!! Totally in love with my new ankle boots!!! ❤ ❤

Oh and I finally made a Pinterest favourite a few nights ago! You can not imagine my excitement when I found a squash in the grocery store!! Spaghetti squash with turkey minced in red sauce and melted cheese on top! It was a huge success!!

So this is all for now, I am off for a short run now and I’ll share my new favourite salad recipe with you guys later today 🙂

Have an awesome Saturday!

  1. I don’t think I’ve ever seen a fox around my house although I know they are around. They do have a lot of woods to hide in, so I’m guessing they are smart and hide. I did see a coyote once though!
I really like the dress. You look good! I have to wear nylons/tights when I wear dresses at work, which I dislike in the summer (even though my office is freezing) but I do like wearing tights in the winter. Especially with boots. So warm!
