Hello friends 🙂
As I am typing this I have a gigantic headache – I guess that is what you get from staying up analyzing data till late 😛 oh well… Water, water, water and some paracetamol that will kick in hopefully soon should do the trick.
I just wanted to check in say hi and see how everyone is doing. According to plenty of studies this time of the year (2 weeks into January) is when most people drop out and forget everything they promised themselves for the new year. Bye bye resolutions kinda thing…. So this is why I wanted to check in #accountability right?
Quit sugar for 4 weeks – Seeing how I am at the last stretch of my weight loss to reach my goal (130lbs/58kg) I guess its fitting. –> It is mostly going well, even though I find it super challenging at the moment. I guess if I want ot be honest I’d say i ve manage 9 sugar free days out of 12 which is not too bad for a newbie.
Work on a (new) skill – which means start again with my Spanish lessons. –> done and done starting again this coming week. Had to downsize so it ll be once a week instead of twice because PhD life but I missed it and i am super excited to go back to it.
BBG (Bikini Body Guides) week 1 -4 (I ve started it like 2 times and I think now is the time to finish it, third time being the charm and all LOL!) –> currently at finishing week 2 and let me tell you IT IS SERIOUSLY KICKING MY BUTT! I dont know if it’ll get easier or I’ll get better but hopefully something will because I have been that sore (muscle wise) since that time when I started boxing a few years back… on a happier note I do enjoy it – in a convoluted way given that all work outs till now have left me half dead – and I like the challenge.
